It all began with a phone call from our expediter telling us they were breaking ground, today, and asking if we paid for the culvert ourselves because he can’t recall why he would have voided the check ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Issue #1, check!
After getting our little culvert mishap handled, and some heavy lifting by this guy, a giant hole began to take shape.
Over the course of the next 5-6 months I’ll try my damndest to accurately document our journey from vacant lot, to habitable dwelling of our own design. Based on my calculations, construction should be completed by the end of January. This will be a long journey, friends, stick with me!
